SLITHM students shines bright at Culinary Art Food Expo

culinary art food expo organized by organized by the chefs guild of sri lanka was held in grand scale at BMICH from 01st to 3rd June 2018 successfully. SLITHM students showed their skills to the best and was able to grasp the attention of everyone with their stunning skills in most of the event categories.

SLITHM professional students cookery team won the Bronze medal in the open category under Sri Lankan Festive Buffet, following them Food and beverage students Won 01 Gold, 02 Silver and 05 Bronze medals under Mocktails and Cocktails category.
